1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Crush platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Crush provides a payment processing platform that enables content creators to accept cryptocurrency payments from their fans. We facilitate payments through third-party processors and do not hold or custody any cryptocurrency.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Fees and Payments
Crush charges a flat 3% transaction fee on all payments processed through the platform. Fees are deducted automatically from each transaction. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or hidden charges.
6. Content Policy
Creators are solely responsible for the content they produce and distribute. The platform does not host, store, or distribute any content. All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Cryptocurrency Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Crush is not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses, network failures, or cryptocurrency market volatility. Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
